Cleanroom Door
A cleanroom swing door is a hinged opening-closing door specially designed for clean environments. The door leaf swings back and forth around the hinge axis to realize opening and closing. Featuring high airtightness and low dust generation, it can effectively block the air and particle exchange between clean zones and non-clean zones, and meet the requirements of clean standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP.

The door leaf is manufactured from premium clean-grade materials to meet hygiene and durability demands:
- 304/316 Stainless Steel: Corrosion-resistant, non-porous, and easy to sanitize, ideal for sterile environments like pharmaceutical workshops and biolabs.
- Color Steel Plate: Lightweight yet sturdy, cost-effective, and suitable for electronics factories with moderate cleanliness requirements.
- Tempered Glass: Transparent, allowing visual monitoring of the clean zone; often used as an observation door or auxiliary access door in laboratories.

Sealing System
High-elasticity silicone or EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) sealing gaskets are embedded around the door leaf perimeter. When closed, the gaskets compress tightly to form a seamless airtight seal, which is essential for maintaining pressure differentials and preventing particle infiltration.

The door can be integrated with a range of functional accessories to enhance cleanroom control:
- Door Closer: Ensures automatic and smooth door closure, avoiding air leakage caused by left-open doors.

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.
Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows.
Q3:When is your delivery time?
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
Q5:Can you conduct cleanroom validation?
