Clean Bench
A cleanroom workbench is a local purification device that integrates functions such as high-efficiency air filtration, airflow organization control, and tabletop material adaptation. Its core function is to establish a local operating space with a higher cleanliness level than the surrounding environment in a cleanroom. Driven by a fan, the air is purified step by step through pre-filters and high-efficiency filters (HEPA/ULPA), forming unidirectional or vertical laminar airflow that covers the operating area of the workbench. It effectively prevents external contaminants such as dust and microorganisms from invading, and quickly removes impurities like dust and aerosols generated during operations. It provides a stable and controllable clean operating environment for process links with strict cleanliness requirements, such as precision manufacturing, biological experiments, and pharmaceutical production.
Horizontal Type
Optimal Product Protection: The horizontal, unidirectional airflow acts as a constant "wall" between the operator and the work zone, providing the best possible protection for the sample with minimal turbulence.
Vertical Type
Operator Protection: The downward vertical airflow creates an "air curtain" that offers some protection to the user from low-hazard materials.
Ergonomic Design: Often provides a more spacious and comfortable working area.

- Core Purification Function
1. Adopt a two-stage filtration system consisting of a pre-filter and a HEPA/ULPA filter, with a filtration efficiency of ≥99.97% for 0.3μm particles, which can effectively intercept dust, microorganisms, aerosols and other contaminants.
2. Generate vertical/horizontal unidirectional laminar flow as required, evenly cover the operating area, form a local clean barrier, and isolate the intrusion of external pollution.
3. Quickly discharge dust, debris, volatile impurities generated during the operation process to avoid the accumulation of contaminants in the operating area.
1. Equipped with adjustable fan frequency conversion speed regulation, which can precisely control the air velocity (usually 0.3–0.5m/s) to meet the airflow intensity requirements of different processes.
2. Configure an airflow equalization plate to optimize the uniformity of airflow distribution, avoid the generation of eddy currents, and ensure the consistency of cleanliness in the operating area.
3. Some high-end models support differential pressure monitoring function, which can display the change of filter resistance in real time and prompt the filter replacement and maintenance nodes.
- Operation Protection Function
1. Vertical flow models can fully cover and protect the operating samples, suitable for the operation of sensitive samples such as biomedicine and precision electronics.
2. Horizontal flow models blow air parallel to the tabletop, avoiding the impact of vertical airflow on fragile and easily scattered samples (such as wafers and photoresist coatings).
3. The tabletop is made of stainless steel/antistatic flame-retardant materials, which is resistant to acids and alkalis, easy to clean and disinfect, and meets the hygiene and safety requirements of GMP, electronic manufacturing and other industries.
- Intelligent Control Function
1. PLC intelligent control system, integrated with touch screen/key operation interface, supporting air velocity adjustment, operation mode switching, timing on/off and other functions.
2. Equipped with sound and light alarm device, providing real-time early warning for abnormal conditions such as filter clogging, fan failure and overheating.
3. Some models support networked monitoring, allowing remote reading of operating parameters and maintenance records to achieve intelligent management.
- Adaptation and Expansion Function
1. Modular design, allowing optional installation of accessories such as UV germicidal lamps, ion bars, shelves and lighting systems according to needs.
2. Support customization of tabletop and body structure of different sizes, adapting to different space scenarios such as small laboratories and large production lines.

A1:Our company is located in Suzhou City, close to Shanghai. It's a 1.5-hour drive from PVG Airport.
Q2: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? What can I buy from you?
A2: We are manufacturers. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, through boxes, dosing rooms, laminar flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and sealed doors and Windows.
Q3:When is your delivery time?
A3: If your cleanroom project includes AHU, the delivery time is 35 days. If you purchase goods without an AHU, the delivery time is 10 days.
Q4: How long is your warranty period? What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A4: Our warranty period is two years after the completion of the project. During the warranty period, if there are any problems, we will replace it. If you can't handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it for free.
